We offer complimentary shipping via Courier Post. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.

EA may take an additional 4-6 weeks to manufacture a piece. Please take this into consideration when ordering. If you require your piece sooner please email us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to fast track your order.
A physical address is needed upon checkout, such as your home or workplace to ensure the package arrives safely. We do not accept PO Boxes, the item must be signed for on delivery.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. For further details on shipping policies, please refer to your local customs office.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of the receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please take into consideration before purchasing items that have been custom made to your requirements cannot be returned. This includes items which have been sized below J and above O.
All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. Please pack the item carefully, we recommend that you use an insured shipping or postage method with a tracking service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Please be aware that Elizabeth Allardyce cannot refund any international tax or duties on items unless the item is faulty.
